DEVELOPMENT OF VISION CARRIERS’ EMPOWERMENT FOUNDATION IN OTHER NATIONS OF THE WORLD
The group was established in December 2002 by the inspiration of God through evangelist Gloria Bamiloye. However, the association kicked off on Thursday, 27th January 2003 with a three days program tagged: SPIRIT OF DEBORAH. That year, many sisters in drama ministries gathered at the mount Zion faith ministries camp in Ike Ife and were greatly impacted. Since then, the Vision Carrier's convention has continued to hold every first week in February.
This yearly convention has been recording tremendous miracles and answered prayers, one of which was the outstanding testimony of one of our members (Sister Adenike Adeoluwawho delivered triplets after waiting on God for about 11years). It was in one of our yearly convention that she responded to an altar call made for waiting mothers and she became pregnant that same month. (To God be the glory).
Although, membership to the group was initially for Sisters in Drama ministries, after a while, many wives of Pastors, missionaries and evangelists as well as campus fellowship sisters started joining the group. Presently, the Vision Carriers Empowerment Foundation is a group of women of purpose and vision in various churches, Drama ministries and Campuses not only in Nigeria but also other countries of the world.
By 2016, sisters in other countries began to hear about Vision carrier Empowerment Foundation and our impactful programmes. However, the establishment of Vision Carriers in other nations began to take shape in 2019 as some other countries like United Kingdom, United State of America, Canada, Ghana and the likes started joined us. An official program was held to commission the different nations.
Right now, Vision Carriers is represented in the following nations of the world: United States of America with branches in Texas, California, and New York; United Kingdom, Canada, Bahrain, Kuwait, Ghana; Ireland, and Nigeria.
We believe God to reach sisters in other Nations of the world as soon as possible by God's grace. Some of the states where we have Vision Carriers Empowerment Foundation in Nigeria are Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, Kwara, Edo, Osun, Ekiti, Niger, Federal Capital Territory and Anambra.
Apart from monthly meetings that are held at state levels ,sisters in different ministries also meet bi-weekly in different locations to pray for one or two hours. Individual ministries also meet weekly with fasting and prayers.
The yearly convention has been producing tremendous blessings of salvation, deliverance, healing, more understanding of God words and the likes.
ESTABLISHMENT OF OTHER ARMS OF VISION CARRIERS
The Vision Carriers' Empowerment Foundation led by Evangelist Gloria Bamiloye created four arms of the association in 2015 and they are:
1. The Lord's Hand Maiden: This is a group of single sisters in campuses, churches, fellowships, and drama ministries. The THLM as it is called was established in 2015 and since then, has been holding yearly programmes for single sisters apart from their weekly meetings on the watts app. The group has been able to produce two movies and some short movies, which has greatly impacted the populace.
2. THE OVERCOMERS' : This group was created for the purpose of enlightening and preparing single brothers for their roles as future husbands and leaders. The group also holds yearly programmes apart from the weekly meetings they also hold on their platforms.
3.MOTHERS' GLOBAL SUMMIT: This is another arm of the Vision Carriers created basically to teach and pray for mothers all over the world on effective mothering and raising of Godly children.
4. SINGLES' GLOBAL SUMMIT: This group is a combination of both single brothers and sisters in Nigeria and other Nations of the world to nurture and preserve them from the decay and corruption of this present world. The programmes for this arm of the association are held quarterly and they have been very impactful and highly educative.
